ITER: Special arrangements on the A51

In September 2016, VINCI Autoroutes teams were preparing to introduce new arrangements specifically for the passage of a convoy headed for the site of the ITER project, being implemented by VINCI at Cadarache (south of France).

These arrangements may be in the form of diversions or perhaps the opening up of the central reservation on certain stretches of the A51 motorway. In the longer term, the itinerary created between Fos-sur-Mer and Cadarache will be used by some 200 convoys.
