Handover of the Le Belvédère office building in La Défense

By accommodating Spaces, a pioneer in the field of innovative workspaces, the building becomes the largest coworking centre in Europe.

VINCI Immobilier handed over Le Belvédère to AG2R-La Mondiale in late 2018. It is the first building in La Défense to offer the OpenWork concept – a new solution for office space, developed by VINCI Immobilier, which reflects changes in the way workspaces are used.

Providing 18,000 sq. metres of office space dedicated to coworking, the building was handed over on a full BIM basis.

The project was implemented by Dumez Île-de-France (VINCI Construction France) and three VINCI Energies France business units – Lefort Francheteau Inissium (HVAC), Phibor Opale (HV/LV), Saga Tertiaire (Plumbing) – overseen by a project management team.

Comprising the internal installations, it meets high environmental, energy and indoor comfort standards (HEQ Renovation ‘Exceptional’, BREEAM International, WELL Core & Shell and BBC).
