Foundation stone laid for Works Package 5 of Terre d’émergence in Strasbourg

On 17 October 2019, Adim Est (VINCI Construction France) and Demathieu Bard Immobilier laid the foundation stone for Works Package 5 Terre d’émergence, located in the heart of the international business district in Strasbourg (east of France).

Designed by architects DRLW and King Kong, the project is a multifunctional programme composed of a pair of 4-star hotels under the Marriott brand, 2 office buildings, 850 m2 of retail outlets and a 310-space public car park.The works, begun this summer and being carried out by Urban Dumez (VINCI Construction France) and Demathieu Bard Construction, will be ongoing for 36 months.
