21 June 2019 - Projects update and handover - France
The foundation stone for the future Servier Paris-Saclay Research Institute, being built by Bateg (VINCI Construction France) in synergy with VINCI Energies, was recently laid.
Designed by architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte, this centre forms part of the science and technology cluster currently being developed on the Plateau de Saclay. With a surface area of 46,000 sq. metres, it will be composed of a central core plus three connected buildings housing laboratories, a convivial space and a business centre. It will also feature four parking levels, an animal housing facility, an auditorium and a landscaped garden. The project will meet the standards for the HQE 2015 Passport Exceptional and WELL Gold labels. Handover is scheduled for the first quarter of 2022.
