Equipment for Line B of the tramway in Angers
5 July 2019 - Projects update and handover - France
Cegelec Angers Infras, Roiret Transport and Actemium Angers (VINCI Energies France) have started work on the new tramway line in Angers (Line B) which, 10 km in length, will cross the Maine River in the city centre.
Cegelec Angers Infras is leader of the joint venture that will supply the lights at the 57 junctions controlled by traffic lights, and the urban lighting (2,000 light sources along the route).
The low-voltage power installations and infrastructure management systems will be supplied by Roiret Transport, in a joint venture with Actemium Angers.
With a partly ground-based power supply, this line will feature 17 passenger stops, 5 electricity substations and 2 park-and-ride sites.
