Construction of a bottling plant for Clément rums

The GBH Group has awarded Sogea Martinique (VINCI Construction Dom-Tom) the structural works of a project to create an industrial site for the bottling and storage of rum at the Habitation Clément estate, in the commune of Le François, in Martinique.

This project notably comprises the construction of a building with a footprint of 3,500 sq. metres, a storage zone with technical premises, a bottling area with laboratories and an educational itinerary for visitors. The bottling plant will boost the production capacity for Clément rums and also provide an educational experience for people coming to visit the site.

The works, on a general contracting basis, start early in 2018 and will take 10 months.
