A diversity and inclusion week organised in Brazil

From 30 August to 3 September, the diversity and inclusion week brought together all VINCI companies present in Brazil, i.e. 400 employees working on a daily basis.

The goal of this online event was to train these employees, encourage discussion, share best practices and strengthen employee engagement. This is the first time that all VINCI companies working in a given country have joined forces to organize an event around diversity, a key commitment of our Manifesto.
