A challenge to encourage professional diversity

The grand finale of Challenge Innovatech©, organised by VINCI partner Elles Bougent, took place on 6 May.

The women-only intergenerational challenge saw employees involved in the association team up with college and university students to think up innovative projects to enable young women to learn more about the technologies and professions of the industry of tomorrow.
It was also an opportunity for the participants to boost their self-confidence and creativity while practising public speaking. Three teams received awards at the ceremony. Well done to the six VINCI employees who took part in the regional qualifying rounds, as well as the three who received awards !
