Every year, the Geste d’Or competition recognises exemplary projects focused on heritage of the past, the present and the future. At the 8th annual edition, VINCI Construction France won no fewer than seven awards.

The winning projects included:

- Geste d’Or du Grand Prix Architecture, Innovation Sociale et Économique award: restructuring of the building at 8-10 rue Charles V (Paris 4th arrondissement), executed by GTM Bâtiment, which involved the demolition, reconstruction and restoration of the existing structures that date back to the 17th century.

- Geste d’Or du Grand Prix Chantier award: rehabilitation of the Couvent des Jacobins in Rennes, carried out by the teams from Sogea Bretagne BTP. The project required the complete transformation of the buildings, which date back to the 14th century and are listed as a Historic Monument, into a convention centre.

- Geste d’Or du Grand Prix Amont award: rehabilitation of the Congregation of the Sisters of Saint Joseph in Annecy, to which contributed the teams from ADIM Lyon, Citinéa, Comte and Bourgeois. The redevelopment project restructured the convent into 37 apartments and town houses.

- Geste d’Argent du Grand Prix Métiers award: restoration of the Tour des Anges and the Tour de la Garde-Robe of the Papal Palace in Avignon, led by the teams from Girard, involved restoring the facades and battlements of the two towers, which along with the rest of the building are listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
