4.2 Review of performance conditions relating to the variable component of executive and non-executive officers’ remuneration for 2025

Given that the same performance conditions apply to the variable remuneration awarded to Xavier Huillard as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for the period from 1 January to 30 April 2025 and to Pierre Anjolras as Chief Executive Officer for the period from 1 May to 31 December 2025, the performance rates achieved, as determined by the Board at its meeting of 5 February 2026, acting on a proposal from the Remuneration Committee and on a separate proposal prepared jointly by this committee and the Appointments and Corporate Governance Committee for the managerial and ESG parts, are as presented in this section.
