VINCI provides its shareholders with an array of complementary tools to keep them regularly informed and enable them to monitor corporate news and developments. These tools include:
- The annual report, which describes the group, its businesses, key figures and strategy. It is also the registration document that VINCI files each year with the French securities regulator, AMF.
- The shareholders’ newsletter is sent to every VINCI shareholder, in particular shareholders who hold bearer VINCI shares and members of the Shareholders’ Club.
- VINCI Profile, an illustrated booklet containing everything a reader needs to know about VINCI.
- The Shareholder Guide(available in french only), which aims to give you practical information about VINCI and the stock market.
- VINCI publishes financial notices in the French and English-language press to announce its earnings and shareholders meetings.
- Financial information notices, approved by the AMF, are published in the press and are available on request.
- VINCI also publishes in France’s bulletin of compulsory legal notices (BALO) information about the group’s earnings, increases and decreases in its authorised share capital, dividends and shareholders meetings.
