Background: Trained in banking, Elisabeth Boyer spent 19 years at BNP Paribas, where she headed a department responsible for managing customer accounts and for the analysis of the income statements of several branch groups in the Paris region. Subsequently, she founded and operated a newsstand-bookstore and then a restaurant. She later worked as an insurance and asset management adviser at AGF. Ms Boyer joined Cofiroute in 2000 as an operations centre supervisor. She is currently an operations control centre supervisor.
